Alice In Chains
Back in 1995, Alice in Chains was awesome. They were riding that grunge wave into the mainstream. Plus, getting the video for Man in the Box on Beavis and Butt-head couldn't have hurt. I bought this album back then based upon my love for Again. What can I say, I was in 7th grade and the only things I bought with my money were albums on which I liked one song.
In a rare occurance for me, I think I only like the three singles from this album. Aside from Grind, Heaven Beside You, and Again, i find the album too gloomy to listen to in any capacity. I like my depressing songs to be up tempo. Maybe if I spent my time in a heroin induced daze, I would like the rest of the album.
