The Dirty Boogie
Even though The Brian Setzer Orchestra had been around for four years, nobody paid them much attention until the summer of 1998 when the Swing Revival hit the mainstream for a whole three months. This album won both national exposure and a Grammy for Brian Setzer.
That said, there's nothing really memorable on this album, and the only song that may sort of be worth listening to a decade later is the version of Rock This Town. Much like Guitar Slinger's inclusion of Rumble in Brighton, Rock This Town is made better with the full band behind it.
I can't believe that people actually loved this stuff back in 1998.
