This is by far INXS's best album, and thats not saying all that much. At the time of its release, it was the bees knees, now it only lives on in some sort of nostalgic hue.
How was New Sensation ever a radio hit? It's not all that good. I don't even think it's one of those 80s songs that got a ton of airplay because it had an awesome video (see: Sledgehammer, Take On Me, etc.) Devil Inside seems to be the only track on this album that I can still listen to.
I think the only thing that made INXS special was Michael Hutchence, even he come's off like a poor man's Ian Astbury.
